Endothelial Cells

Endothelial cells are key regulators of coagulation and counterbalance thrombin by several mechanisms. Glow Biologics offers high quality Endothelial Cells for your research.

Endothelial Cells

Endothelial cells are a source of cellular (alternative spliced domain A [EDA]) fibronectin, which may promote early migration of HSCs to the site of injury, and convert the latent form of TGFβ, both of which promote cellular activation. Endothelial cells line the inside of every blood vessel in the body. They form a one-cell-thick layer called the endothelium, which is also found on the inner walls of the heart chambers and lymphatic vessels, which carry excess blood plasma around the body. The main job of endothelial cells is to provide a barrier between the blood and the rest of the body tissues.
