Description
Human Pancreatic Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HPaMEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human pancreas. HPaMEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HPaMEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD31 (PECAM) and vWF/Factor VIII. HPaMEC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.

Human Pancreatic Microvascular Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
