Human Testicular Endothelial Cells (HTEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human testis. HTEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HTEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vWF/Factor VIII. HTEC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for culturing HTEC in vitro.

Human Testicular Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
