Description
Human Seminal Vesicle Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HSVMEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from the human seminal vesicle. HSVMEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HSVMEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vWF/Factor VIII and CD31 (PECAM-1). HSVMEC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for the culturing of HSVMEC in vitro.

Human Seminal Vesicle Microvascular Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
