Description
The STAT1 Luciferase Reporter cell line is a stably transfected HeLa cell line which expresses Renilla luciferase reporter gene under the transcriptional control of the interferon (IFN) gamma activation sequence-based STAT1 response element, so that the cell line is designed to measure the transcriptional activity of STAT1.
Shippment
The reporter cell line is shipped using dry ice.

Upon arrival, Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
