RPMI1640 medium with 10% heat inactivated fetal calf serum.
Quality Control
RERF-GC-1B Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.05% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA at 37 C for 5 min. Subculture once two weeks.

Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
