This cell line produces a monoclonal antibody RC1 (IgG class). Immunochistochemically, RC1 antibody reacts with radial glia and neural progenitor cells in CNS.

RPMI1640 medium with 15% fetal bovine serum

RC1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
