Description
Rat Perineurial Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 8 CD® IGS rat sciatic nerve. RPNF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. RPNF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vimentin, S-100, GFAP and CD90. RPNF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing RPNF in vitro.

Shippment
Rat Perineurial Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
