Rat Macrophages Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from adult CD® IGS rat bone marrowRMa-bm are guaranteed to further culture under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics; however, RMa-bm are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Macrophage Medium for the culturing of RMa-bm in vitro.

Shippment
Rat Macrophages Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen primary cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
