Rat Dermal Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from neonatal CD® IGS rat skin. RDF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. RDF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. RDF are guaranteed to further expand forF59oublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing RDF in vitro.

Rat Dermal Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Rat Dermal Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
