Rat Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells from from CD® IGS rat aorta. RASMC are cryopreserved after purification and delivered frozen. RASMC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to α-smooth muscle actin and desmin. RASMC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Smooth Muscle Cell Medium for culturing RASMC in vitro.
