Description
Mouse Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells from C57BL/6 from Glow Biologics are isolated from postnatal day 2 C57BL/6 mouse lung. MPF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. MPF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. MPF are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing MPF in vitro.
Quality Control
Mouse Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells from C57BL/6 are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Mouse Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells from C57BL/6 are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
