B129 Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells were derived from the tibias of adult mice. Cells are tested for expression of markers using antibodies, CD29, CD44 or Sca-1 by FCM.

B129 Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells were tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins.
Culture Properties
Cells are grown in tissue culture plates with Glow Biologics’ Culture Medium for 7-15 days. These stem cells can be expanded for 2 or 3 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
Storage
Store the frozen cells in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
