Human Tracheal Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human trachea. HTrF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HTrF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin. HTrF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HTrF in vitro.

Human Tracheal Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment

Storage
