Human Tonsil Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human tonsils. HTF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HTF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin. HTF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HTF in vitro.

Human Tonsil Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Tonsil Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
