Human Splenic Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human spleen tissue. HSF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HSF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin. HSF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for the culturing of HSF in vitro.

Human Splenic Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Splenic Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
