Description
Human Lung Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts from Glow Biologics are isolated from human lung Adenocarcinoma tissue. Human Lung Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts from Glow Biologics are tested for negative expression of von Willebrand Factor Expression/Factor VIII, cytokeratin 18, and alpha-smooth muscle actin.

Quality Control
All cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
Storage
Store the frozen cells in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
