Description
Human Kidney Tumor-Associated Endothelial Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human kidney tumor tissue. Human Kidney Tumor-Associated Endothelial Cells from Glow Biologics display typical cobblestone with large dark nuclei appearance under light microscopy. Cells are tested for expression of endothelial cell marker using antibody, CD31 or VE-Cadherin by IF staining or FACS.

Quality Control
All cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
Storage
Store the frozen cells in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
