Description
Human Hepatic Macrophages Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human liver. HHMa are cryopreserved after purification and delivered frozen. HHMa are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody to F4/80. HHMa are guaranteed to further culture in the conditions provided by Glow Biologics; however, HHMa are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Macrophage Medium for culturing HHMa in vitro

Human Hepatic Macrophages Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.
Shippment
Human Hepatic Macrophages Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen primary cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
