Description
Human Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HBdMEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human bladder tissue. HBdMEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HBdMEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD31 (PECAM) and vWF/Factor VIII. HBdMEC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for the culturing of HBdMEC.

Human Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
