Quality Control
This cell line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins.
Subculture
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25 % trypsin 0.02 % EDTA solution for 1 to 2 minutes, remove trypsin and allow culture to stand at room temperature ( or at 37'C)until cells detach. Add fresh medium aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
