Description
Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from the lung tissues of adult mice. Cells are tested for expression of markers using antibodies, CD29, CD44 or Sca-1 by FCM.

C57BL/6 Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells were tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins.
Culture Properties
Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in Glow Biologics; Cell Culture Medium for 7-15 days. Cultures are then expanded. Cells can be expanded 3-8 passages by the ratio of 1:3 under the cell culture conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
Storage
Store the frozen cells in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
